Terms of Service

Payments

You can make payments with most debit and credit cards using the Shopify Payments gateway, and you can also make payments using PayPal. 

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you the following payment options; payment is to be made to Klarna: Pay later.

In cooperation with Celery we offer pre-orders. You can make payments with most debit and credit cards using the Stripe gateway, and you can also make payments using Paypal. Your personal data is handled in accordance with the information in Celery’s privacy policy.

 The transaction of credit card data is encrypted. Naski does not store any credit card data.

All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling.

Orders

  1. Click 'Add to Cart'. You will be taken to 'your cart' page where you can update your order. To proceed click 'place your order'.
  2. Enter your billing, shipping and payment information. After reviewing your order click 'Complete Order' to confirm your order. 
  3. Payment will be taken when you confirm your order. Payment is subject to security checks, once we have checked your order we will send you an email confirming acceptance of your order. Goods will only be sent once payment has cleared.
  4. When your product is ready for delivery we will send you a shipping confirmation order. 

Pre-Orders

  1. Click ‘Pre-Order Now’. You will see Celery’s ‘Add to Order’ box. After you proceed you will be taken to ‘your cart’ where you can update your order.
  2. Enter your billing, and shipping information. After you review your order, choose the payment option and enter payment information. Click ‘Place Order’ to confirm your order.
  3. Once we have confirmed your order we will send you an email confirming acceptance. You will only be charged once we have started production.
  4. Once payment has been taken, we will send you an email with a final estimate delivery date.

Out of Stock | Back Orders

    Our bags are handmade and produced in small batches, so we do sometimes run out of stock. If the item you are interested in is out of stock, send us an email at hello@naski.co.uk and we will get in touch and give you an estimate delivery date.

    VAT & Taxes

      All prices displayed in the Naski online store include UK Value Added Tax (VAT). VAT & shipping costs are calculated at checkout. If your order is being shipped outside of the EU, VAT will be deducted at the point of checkout. Please note that you will be liable for any import taxes that may apply.

      Order Processing

        We do our best to process orders within 48 hours of being received, except for weekends and holidays. If there's a problem with your order and we anticipate a delay, we will get in touch and let you know.

        Changes to Orders

          If you need to cancel or make changes to an order, email us at hello@naski.co.uk, and we will try to assist your request. Please note that depending on fulfilment times, changes to orders are not always possible.

          General Conditions

            We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

            You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

            You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.

            Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

              We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

              You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
